Kinship
Science Megaphone

Science Megaphone: it's a Kinship's program designed to give high school students interested in pursuing a scientific career a closer look at the world of science. Through specialized course and mentorship by PhD and postdoctoral researchers, participants explore different fields of knowledge while developing key skills for their academic future.

As part of this initiative, we created two dynamic videos that capture the spirit of the program.

The first video features the mentors—researchers who speak directly to students, sharing what it's like to build a life in science. Set in a vibrant studio and filmed during their daily routines, the video offers a joyful and human portrait of scientists as they talk about travel, discovery, and the relationships that science makes possible.

The second video dives into the learning experience, highlighting the importance of developing communication skills as an essential part of a scientific career. It showcases how these tools empower students to express complex ideas with clarity and creativity.

Both pieces aim to inspire curiosity and show that behind every scientific breakthrough, there's a story—and a storyteller
